Refunds
Before your documents are delivered, cancel for any reason and we refund you in full.
After delivery, if the documents are not right, tell us and we redraft them until they are. That is the guarantee. It covers the documents, never the outcome, because no honest service can guarantee the second.
And on the IRMAA appeal specifically: if your situation does not fit one of the eight life-changing events Social Security recognizes, we tell you before we prepare anything, and refund you in full.
